The first leg of the day is Caesarean section. Caesarea, built by King Herod during the rule of the Roman Empire, was one of the most important strategic points of the Eastern Mediterranean. Delve into the depths of history with a state-of-the-art presentation explaining the colorful city’s past. Explore the lost treasures of the Underwater Archaeological Park, then head back in time by walking inside the Hippodrome and expand the impressive amphitheater, with just the 15,000-seat open-air hall that still stands today and is still used for parties and events.
The second stop of the day: We will head north to the beautiful city of Haifa. Located on the slopes of Mount Carmel, the third largest city in Israel, it is home to Jews and Arabs alike, and is a melting pot of cultures and ideas. You will have the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of Haifa by visiting the Bahá’í Gardens – a world heritage site home to the Baha’i faith.
The third stop on the tour: Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Akko, one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world (dating back to around 1500 BC). Built by the Crusaders, the walled city is located UNESCO-recognized and intact. You will walk along both land and sea walls and explore the bustling market that is considered a myriad of coexistence due to its multiple Arab and Jewish populations.
Finally, the Roche Hanikra Caves visit ends. Beautiful cliffs and caves have formed over thousands of years thanks to the power of the sea hitting soft chalk. Travel down to the caves on the cable car and experience the amazing light and sounds of these natural wonder
